Goliath

Goliath was a three story tall mechanical scorpion. In Greek mythology the scorpion was a monster summoned at the will of a wrathful goddess to create destruction. No soldier or arm would try to stop the goliath beast.
David was a young shepherd boy who believed in god. He said, " The Lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, will delivered me from the hand of this Phillistine." David took his large smooth stone, grasping it tightly, throwing it at the evil Goliath...well I think we all know what happens next.
I would like to thank everyone who commented on my page and gave me the advice that I needed to push my image along

This one is not retro like the other two that I did. I worked on colors and used smoother brush strokes. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Sometimes that's the best part of creating art is not knowing what the outcome will be until it starts taking shape.
I worked on the colors and pushing the background into the distance. I got a lot of great feedback on the last painting I did and hope to get great feedback on this one.

I wanted to get even more futuristic then I usually do. The city and ship is almost alien like. I was inspired by some of the old Science Fiction artists and I wanted a lot of detail. This was painted in photoshop and took probably around 12 hours .Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

I also look back on the past and ask my self if you could bring someone from 200 years ago into our world today, how amazed that person would be. I wonder if I look a head 200 years
is this what I would see? You never know.
